Helicobacter pylori<\/strong> antigens in patients with <strong>gastric ulcers<\/strong> was investigated. Considering the important role of <em>H. pylori<\/em> in gastrointestinal diseases, identifying the antigens of this bacteria could help improve diagnostic and therapeutic methods. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Method_of_conducting_research\"><\/span>Method of conducting research<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Stomach biopsy samples were collected from patients and cultured under <strong>microaerophilic <\/strong>conditions in a specialized medium.<\/p>\n\n<p> Then 25 colonies of <em>H. pylori<\/em> were isolated and the cell lysate was analyzed by SDS-PAGE. For examining the immune response, the <strong>immunoblotting <\/strong>method was used. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Findings_related_to_Helicobacter_pylori_antigens\"><\/span>Findings related to Helicobacter pylori antigens<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Two major groups of antigens were identified:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Group one: Antigens with a molecular weight of 55 to 97 kilodaltons. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Group two: Antigens with a molecular weight of 20 to 24 kilodaltons. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>These antigens play an important role in stimulating the body&#8217;s immune response.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Clinical_and_diagnostic_applications\"><\/span>Clinical and diagnostic applications<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>The results of this research indicate that <strong>Helicobacter pylori antigens <\/strong>can be used as targets for the development of rapid diagnostic kits or potential vaccines.
